Happy Mothers day everyone! I know many people think of Mothers Day as a Hallmark holiday. Now being a mother I know how easy it is to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of every day life. When I stop and look at my mother and my dear friends who are mothers I’m always in awe of their ability to love unconditionally, multi task, play, cook, clean, work, read, act goofy, sing songs on repeat, run on little to know sleep, while still managing to take pictures of their children’s milestones. I recently had my family photos done which meant I was in the photos.. which is super rare for this family photographer. Once I received the photos I loved reviewing the photos with my little family . I loved seeing their expressions and conversations including me in the photos, so I wanted to give moms the opportunity to be the center of attention.
Last week I got to photograph some wonderful families and moms on a beautiful sunny day at Winslow Park. Families even got to get pics done in The Maine Photo Camper.
Thank you all so much for coming and most of all taking a moment out of your busy life to celebrate you and your wonderful gift of motherhood! Cheers to Maine mommas and mommas everywhere.
And to my mum…. (nana boo-boo) I love you dearly and so thankful for you every day, your hard work and dedication to your family means the world to us, even though sometimes we bicker like sister 🙂
And of course to my two beautiful children, who chose me to be their mother, I am eternally grateful for you guys every day, you are my everything.
