It sure is chilly here in Maine, but there is something so special and charming about Maine during the winter, especially downtown Portland. There is a cozy vibe with everyone all snuggled up in layers and snowy cobblestones.  I had the best day getting to know Meghan and Dustin and capturing their engagement photos in Portland....
