Heidi & Neil | Classic Nautical Wedding at TEIA Peaks Island| Portland Maine Wedding Photographer

Heidi and Neil currently live in Massachusetts, but their wedding was a classic Maine affair. Heidi’s family owns a home on Peaks Island, and she grew up going there as often as she could. Her “getting ready” photos were extra special because we could capture that moment in a place so dear to her and her family.

Personal touches and a Maine coastal theme were carried throughout the ceremony and reception venue, with a color scheme of navy blue and white. Nautical flags, chocolate lobsters and blueberry cake all contributed to the ultimate Maine wedding!

The wedding was held at the Trefethen- Evergreen Improvement Association, where Heidi used to sail with the sailing club. Live music entertained the guests into the night with their funky beats, and it was truly a magical event from start to finish.
