There’s something truly magical about a family session on the Maine coast—especially at Crescent Beach in Cape Elizabeth. Between the soft sand, rocky shoreline, and open ocean views, it’s the perfect place for families to relax, play, and simply be together.
This beautiful family of four brought so much joy and connection to their session. From the moment we started, the kids were running barefoot along the beach, laughing, exploring, and fully embracing the experience and those are always the moments that make for the most meaningful photos.
One of my favorite details from this session was their outfit coordination. Instead of matching exactly, they chose complementary pieces with soft patterns from J.Crew. The mix of florals, textures, and light coastal tones created a look that felt effortless but elevated. It’s the perfect example of how to coordinate family outfits without feeling overly styled.
