The Maine Exposure is a passion project rooted in both my work as a Maine family photographer and my career as a special education teacher.
I specialize in creating inclusive, relaxed family photography sessions for families with children and loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Maine, including Cumberland, Freeport, Yarmouth, and the Greater Portland area.
I understand that traditional photo sessions don’t always feel accessible — and that’s where this experience is different. With years of hands-on experience in special education, I create a space that is patient, flexible, and centered around your family’s unique needs.
These sessions are not about perfection — they’re about connection, authenticity, and honoring your story exactly as it is. From playful, unscripted moments to quiet, meaningful interactions, I document what makes your family yours.
